13th October

Early start - England v Estonia. Watched it on streamed BBC which was a bit of a novelty as I haven't seen any British TV for 6 weeks. England won 3-0 again. Don't reckon the score will be the same in Moscow on Wednesday.

Turned into a bit of a sport-fest today with the England v France rugby as well. Looked like a punishing game for both sides but Johnnie Wilkinson, the saviour of English rugby, scored a penalty and drop-goal in the last 5 mins to see them through. For once England scored more tries (one) than the opposition. Good atmosphere in the bar, despite there being a smelly KIwi who was moaning about how NZ are STILL the best side in the world. Shame they had a full 80 mins to prove it against France. Chatted to an English couple from the school who are now sadly on their travels elsewhere.

Had migraine (still reckon I haven't acclimatised) and did little else for the rest of the day. Babs was enthusing about Otovalo and looks like the weather was better there as she is now bright red.
