Time to leave. It has been a great month. A real shame I can't stay longer but there you go. So I have prepared for the flight.....

G made my favourite meal - milanesa, puree de papas, salad etc and I really struggled not to fire projectile vomit over the spread. DId the photos thing and dished out some farewell presents and generally lauded it up for the remainder of the time there.
BA - Lima - Quito passed with little incident and although the airport in Quito looked like the inside of the Swan, Stockwell I did spot the man with my name on his board.
No real problems with the altitude although I won't be running any marathons for a while. The City is completely different to BA and is surrounded by mountains. My new mother seems very nice and speaks pretty good english. Went to bed. The room is really interesting...
